ПСИХОЛОГИЧЕСКИЕ ПОСЛЕДСТВИЯ БУЛЛИНГА В ОБРАЗОВАТЕЛЬНОЙ СРЕДЕ

The article is devoted to the problem of school bullying, its manifestations, its impact on participants and factors contributing to its occurrence. Bullying is seen as aggressive, systematic behaviour with a clear inequality of power between the participants. The author analyses various aspects of bullying, including the role of bullies, victims and witnesses, and the effects on their mental and physical health. Particular attention is paid to adolescence as a period of heightened sensitivity to aggression. The personal characteristics of bullies, victims and witnesses, as well as the influence of the school and family environment on the occurrence of violence are examined. The article emphasises the importance of social responsibility and involvement of teachers and parents to prevent bullying and create a safe educational environment.
