The state, as an important regulatory and guiding entity in the economy, ensures sustainable growth through production, investment, financial, tax, and foreign trade policies. The role of the state in economic processes is, on the one hand, to create a competitive environment and ensure the effective functioning of market mechanisms, and on the other hand, to maintain social justice, national security, and regional balance. At the same time, attracting foreign investment is an integral part of state policy, as it enables the introduction of advanced technologies, the creation of new jobs, and the enhancement of export potential. The theoretical analysis of this process provides a solid scientific basis for improving the investment environment and effectively establishing legal guarantees and economic incentive mechanisms.
