Abstract

Mazkur maqolada davlat xizmatchilarining malakasini oshirish jarayonlarini samarali boshqarish, mazkur yo‘nalishdagi me’yoriy-huquqiy hujjatlar, davlat xizmatchilarining malaka oshirish jarayonlari natijadorligini baholash mexanizmlari o‘rganilgan, “Kirkpatrik” modeli ko‘rib chiqilib, tizimni yanada takomillashtirish yuzasidan takliflar ishlab chiqilgan.
