The current state and future prospects of the development of the food industry in the republic of Uzbekistan

Abstract

Particular attention is paid to satisfying the demand of the population of the Republic of Uzbekistan for quality and safe food products and to the effective development of the food industry. "Increasing the volume of processing of fruits and vegetables, meat, milk and other agricultural food products based on international quality standards, introducing a system of state support for the production of local food products that are competitive in domestic and foreign markets, and providing the population with high-quality and the task of further improving the provision of safe food products[1]. In this regard, it is desirable to deepen scientific research in areas such as improving the methodological approaches of modeling the development trend of the food industry using modern modeling methods and methods, modeling the process of statistical analysis and modernization of the network, substantiating multi-factor empirical models of forecasting the production trend.
