ANDRAGOGIKA ASOSIDA AYOL VA QIZLAR UCHUN ZAMONAVIY TA’LIM VA KASB YO‘NALISHLARINI YARATISH
Abstract
Ushbu maqola andragogik yondashuv asosida ayol va qizlarning ta’lim va kasbga yo’naltirilishini rivojlantirish masalalariga bag‘ishlangan. Maqolada zamonaviy pedagogik va innovatsion usullar orqali ayol va qizlar uchun yangi ta’lim va kasb yo‘nalishlarini yaratishning samarali strategiyalari tahlil qilinadi. Shuningdek, maqolada gender tengligi, kasbiy rivojlanish imkoniyatlari va andragogik metodlar yordamida shaxsning ijodiy va professional kompetentsiyalarini oshirish yo‘llari ko‘rib chiqilgan. Tadqiqot natijalari ayol va qizlar uchun o‘quv dasturlarini ishlab chiqishda va kasbiy yo‘nalishlarni tanlashda amaliy ahamiyatga ega.
