Аннотация

Mazkur maqola kognitiv yondashuv asosida akademik litsey o‘quvchilarida emotsional intellektni takomillashtirish texnologiyalarining ilmiy asoslarini yoritadi. Tadqiqotda o‘zini anglash, emotsiyalarni boshqarish, empatiya va ijtimoiy muloqot ko‘nikmalarini rivojlantirishga qaratilgan interaktiv metodlar tahlil qilindi. Kognitiv yondashuv asosida ishlab chiqilgan texnologiyalar o‘quvchilarning emotsional barqarorligi, ijtimoiy moslashuvchanligi va o‘quv motivatsiyasiga ijobiy ta’sir ko‘rsatdi. Eksperimental natijalar ushbu texnologiyalarni ta’lim jarayoniga integratsiya qilish emotsional intellekt darajasini oshirish bilan birga shaxsiy va ijtimoiy rivojlanishni ham qo‘llab-quvvatlashini ko‘rsatdi. Maqola pedagogik amaliyotda kognitiv yondashuv asosida emotsional intellektni rivojlantirishning afzalliklarini asoslab, samarali texnologiyalarni tavsiya etadi.
